And that really stuck with me because I've come to see that a lot of the trouble in the world, or at least a lot of the sludge is caused by people who are pretty sure that they're doing the right thing by following the rules. One thing that made me want to do this episode was trying to do something very simple with my bank that turned into a comedy of errors. I wanted to buy a CD. The rates were good. I had a And then when the CD was getting ready to expire, it was not so simple. I thought I would have the option to either re-enroll, roll it over, or just move the money back into checking or whatnot.
