And unfortunately, what's happened in Victoria is the hospitals themselves don't have enough information about what the state average is voice-verified

They even don't have good information about how they're tracking against their own history. voice-verified

So by focusing on patterns, you, I won't say make the person irrelevant, but it gets you to focus more on the systems. voice-verified
