Well, uh I think uh it's it's done a fair it it does a fair amount.
It uh it provides these surveyors and so on.
But what we see is that the rates of uh complications are still pretty high.
Uh about one in every four people who go into hospital for an overnight stay have some sort of complication.
About one in nine or so for people who are in any any admission.
And uh
Many of the hospitals that we've that have had serious, serious uh complication scandals have been accredited uh for the years previous.
And so this causes one to stand back and say, Well, can we do better?
And the the Commission is uh trying to do better, but we're saying we need to go even further than that.

Yeah.
I mean, I think th there are a couple of points here.
There's improvements happening everywhere, and we know that, and that's really good.
Uh there's improvements happening in the United States, in England, and so on.
If you take the uh central line associated bloodstream infections, that's coming down all over the world because we've said uh this is no longer something that just happens.
It can be preventable and it should be zero.
