The amount of people who come in here like they've had a bad day at work and they just want to get a bit of ice cream or like their bosses shout at them or something like that.

It's gas.

They put in sweet treat onto Chachi BT or something and like we come up.

Like the amount of people who come in saying Chachi BT told me to get this.

It's mad like.

I swear to God, it's insane.

We're on Wicklow Street, and this is where people get their ice cream at all hours of the day.

Oh yeah, usually 10 o'clock at night would be one of our busiest times, especially on the weekdays.

We get lots of people who wouldn't drink usually coming into us in the evenings and spending a bit of time here, which is really cool as well.

We get lots of people taking pictures and TikToks and Instagrams and stuff, which is really cool as well, but it's just an experience that is a little different to everywhere else.

So it's cream, egg, milk and sugar.

It's your custard base.

And then whatever it says, just mixed into it.

So it could be like your strawberries.

We cut strawberries and just mix it through into the ice cream.

The sea salt one, obviously the best seller.

They take buckets of seawater, boil it down and season the ice cream with the salt left over.

The green tea is steeped overnight in the ice cream.
