That's taking Hilton's lens, I believe, on hospitality, applying it to workplace culture.
And so why don't you walk us through behind the scenes executive conversations on how that even came about?
When was the moment that you were like, you know what, we need to get back to our roots and take this different look at the business?

We want to pack in as much as we possibly can.
It's funny, Daniel and I have a internal outline that we, just the two of us, that we use asynchronously to just keep in check with the flow of the conversation.
And one of the comments that I just made to him that he reminded me, is great HR leaders seem to also be great
