I remember you saying something about how you landed your first job, and then like a week into the job, they're like, Hey, never mind, this role doesn't exist.

And that was how you landed in in HR.

And it's now led you to be the chief people officer at Underdog.

Walk us through the story, like take us back to day one of that job or week.
