So there is a
The labor market is one of these interesting parts of economics that you can have a labor market that is too strong and unemployment being too low.
It sounds a very harsh thing to say, but given that there's a pool of unemployed as people move from state to state or transition between jobs or whatever the case may be, you can have an unemployment rate that's too low because
And that feeds into higher wages.
And the way firms, as I said, recoup that extra cost and maintain their margins to put up their selling prices.
And that's the proverbial wage price spiral, which we all fear hasn't shown up for a long time, but it's something that we still fear in the RBA talk about a lot.

Employment full-time, part-time, hours worked, participation rate, all of the above, and tell me whether the labour market's strong or not.
Yeah, look, the survey was conducted before this last bout of oil price shocks occurred late last week or the middle to latter part of last week.

that's in business conditions, business confidence, and these sorts of things might moderate a bit.

Their output costs and labor costs, you know, the bedrock of future inflation pressures.
So to the extent that they sort of take and embrace some of this trend lowering in the oil price, I'll say, of course, notwithstanding the most recent spike higher.
We could be seeing a little bit of good news that some of those inflation indicators are moderating, but there's a lot of information there.
There's subsets on employment intentions and profitability.
It depends a little bit where the business sector is seeing the good parts of the economy.
