You know, so there's a whole lot of subsets there that might sort of explain why people are feeling pretty glum.
And in the recent experience, there's no surprise, it's cost of living.
It's not a good time to buy a household item because I can't afford one.

um or i'm gloomy about house prices for one of two reasons one they're so high that i can't afford to get in so therefore i'm gloomy or they're starting to fall isn't that gloomy so it's there's a whole lot of um intricacies in these numbers but you know this is where the subset in addition to the headline figure on sentiment and business conditions and all these other things is so important to look at
