Like private equity is going crazy.

Which it knocked back.

Steadfast.

So it's an absolute avalanche of private equity bids.

And the ASX listing numbers are now down 11% from the peak in January 2023.

lost 253 net companies, or 11%.

And quite a few of our big ones, from bet makers to, as I mentioned, Ingenia,

The ASX is thinning out.

I don't like it.

Less companies to harass our one.

But what can you do if a company offers – the board recommends it and they offer a 20% or 30% premium?

It's very rare that you actually can vote that down.

And besides us little guys, we've got no say because all these decisions are taken by the five biggest shareholders who typically own 50% in every company.
