And then, bang, Hello World, which owns about 22%, they did a strike on the floor as well.

And then I went to this other AGM called Recchi Pharmaceutical, and the proxy votes looked okay.
It was an AGM, actually, with six resolutions.

And I said to the chair, I said, oh, there was a few protests last year.

And he said, oh, well, one's deceased and the other one, relations are fine.
I said, okay.
And then I looked at the poll results.
Bang, all resolutions defeated.
So everyone's now waiting to not do it by proxy.
but they're doing it on the floor.
And there's been three examples now of major shareholders doing these ambush votes on the floor.
I love it because, well, they don't want to give away their hand.
They want to have maximum impact.
And I love this because as a local government councillor, you're taught that you're not allowed to make up your mind before you go into the meeting.
You have to listen to the public submissions.
You have to listen to the officers.
