Um this is a person who says, well, that complainant C says is at a lunch where complainant C alleges that Alan Jones has touched him on the thigh during that.

Um and it's not so much that this person didn't see anything occurring at that slunt at that lunch, it's just that they actually just don't remember a lunch at all.

It's interesting the the questions that the prosecution are asking this witness.

I mean, we've talked about the difference in, you know, style and I guess the difference in rules between uh the way the prosecution qu questions a witness in evidence in chief and the way that the defense is cross-examining a witness as well.

And you know, the the prosecution isn't able to challenge this witness by saying, You went to this lunch on this date, did you?

Because that's a closed question.
