It's kind of been repetitive to a way where I'm like, all right, well, this is kind of what we've got, but the actual propulsion and inevitable downfall that we're all waiting for is because of what Homelander's doing and how he's going to be responding to those things.
It makes me wonder not only, A, how is he going to die and what that's going to happen, because we're all pretty certain that he's going to die.

It's actually kind of good because, A, not so much that I'm against required reading in the world of crossover things for Gen V and everything, but to know that something is just... It has a safe plot distance between, okay, virus from this, you killed the dean of this school, and this is what kicked off this entire thing.
I like that it's just a little bit of depth and you don't need to kind of explore that further because it's going to distract from the big thing that's like we don't need the thing like the beginnings of Gen V to bleed into the denouement of a five season show.
