Well, also, because of those incentives, there's sort of timeframes coming up as well.

It's actually creating a little bit of a false market.

So will you try and race those dates to sell in order to do that?

Yeah, and if people know that there's a desperation point, they'll just hold out past the desperation point, right?

Exactly, right.

Or they're reaching that desperation point and they'll lowball them leading into that at the same time.

So, look, nothing good is going to come of it.

I don't know.

But there are stated reasons for doing it, which is they monkey with capital gains in order to ensure that the housing stuff was fixed.
