It's not worth avoiding to be quite blunt.

So that's who did that.

That was in Adelaide.

Moved back to Brisbane, we were from Queensland and we wanted to have a family.

So we moved back there and ended up catching up with an old school mate and we started another business in Brisbane which did wholesale telecoms rather than retail telecoms.

And we listed that in 2005 on the stock exchange in Australia.

Ended up selling that in 2009, 10.

And then since then I've been an early stage investor in mostly software businesses.

And that was how the Shark Tank opportunity came along.

I was deliberately trying to increase my public profile because I was lobbying on behalf of entrepreneurs in Queensland.

And then as a result, the Shark Tank opportunity got offered to me.

And that was like 12 years ago.

And we did four years sitting in a TV studio for one month a year.

Channel 10 were running that, weren't they?

Channel 10, yeah.

We did.

We ended up that portfolio, so the group of businesses we bought out of those four years, that returned about two and a half times the cash we spent, which is pretty good, to be honest.

I mean, venture, we can't see 20 times our wins.

We don't tend to do things.

But the businesses that pitch in Shark Tank tend to be lower.
