They've always abused it, either deliberately or accidentally by losing or getting hacked or something similar.

So I think information and governments, the central storage of information like that is really scary, to be quite honest.

And I think it's a road to real civilizational issues.

There was a very unfortunate story of the Nazi occupation of Europe in World War II.

I think it was Holland or the Netherlands or some small country anyway, who had a really, really good census system.

So this is the one country where the Nazis almost exterminated every last Jew.

Because the first thing they did was they took, they captured the census office, got all the records intact and went after everyone.
