I appreciate how bad that can be.
If some political party should come out with literally a constitutional amendment, the only way you can reinforce this and sort of say that governments cannot control your money.
right now outside of a court outside of a court jurisdiction outside of like a guilty verdict in court outside of a sentence outside the criminal justice system let's say courts cannot control your money so some bureaucrats just can't say well let's let's just put a hold on that account because we can i think it's really dangerous the fact that like i i love giving out staff bonuses for example i love doing cash i love giving someone a lot of cash right to be quite blunt you can't try and get 20 or 40 grand cash out of your own account out of a bank it will take you half a day
i'll go they'll ask what do you need it for i said gambling well you'd go down i'm not going to tell them i'm not going to tell them it's for staff bonuses i'll probably tell the ato no um and so but it's like well you have to tell us as well no i don't it's my money i tried to get out a bit of money it wasn't much like it wasn't much man it would like it didn't even hit five uh didn't even hit five figures

So they just pass it.
So laws don't count because the government will change the law, pass a constitutional amendment basically saying that regulation and law can be made in Australia that prevents citizens getting access to their money.
Outside of criminal justice, obviously, if you're a terrorist and you've been fined, or it might be, outside of a jury decision, not even a judge, because judges look at what's happening in Porcel Grover with judges, for Christ's sakes, right?
Judges are terrible.
