at 5k your way an amazing initiative set up by the charity move against cancer and i'm delighted to be joined by dr lucy gossage who's an oncologist and the co-founder of that charity and i'm also joined by caroline frith who is a 5k your way ambassador from one of the events here in northeast london who's living with cancer and she's going to tell me all about her personal experience
of how staying active really helps her take some control and how she's enjoyed 5k your way in every way possible the actual you know physical activity but also the community side of it as well so without further ado let's get stuck into it so lucy and caroline thank you so much uh for joining me um let's just get a bit of an intro a bit of a background really uh
Caroline, why don't you tell us your story first and maybe how you got involved with 5K Your Way.
What's your what's your cancer, Caroline?
And where are you in your treatment?
But we'll get into all of that in one second because I couldn't agree more.
And I know Lucy couldn't agree more either.
Lucy, just tell us a little bit of the background of 5K, your way of, and of move charity, I guess, as well.
