He's very good in the A, times his jumps for headers beautifully.
And he defends okay, gets stuck in.
There's going to be occasions where he gets caught out by an experienced left winger.
Because he's not had that many games at right-back still.
Let's not forget.
When he came to us, we were thinking he was a number 10, first and foremost.
And he still is.
It's interesting.
I've seen a few people say they'd like to see Williams in at right-back.
And Devlin tried in central midfield in one of those two positions there.
And I think that would be interesting.
I don't think...
That's necessarily in the manager's mind at the moment, but it would be an interesting experiment if we needed to do it one way, because I think Devlin would relish that role.
He'd be chasing and harrying everything, wouldn't he?
He wouldn't let the opposition midfield have any time.
But no, hats off to Devlin and Swanson, both above and beyond at the moment, and they continue.
Yeah, what, because of the way a team lines up?
And they're not seen as defenders so much as they always have been.
Yeah, I mean, there's already been a move towards, you know, there's many more teams now play with wing-backs than used to be the norm, didn't they?
Whenever you used to have five at the back, it was a flat-back four and a sweeper, wasn't it?
