Somebody said proper policing of foul throws because it is just not properly in check anymore.

Oh, it wasn't so much foul throws, it was where throws are taken from.

And somebody was suggesting that as well as the linesman having a little can of spray to indicate where a free kick should be taken on, there should be, not the linesman, because they've got enough to do, but somebody else on each side running up and down with the play.

When the ball goes out of play, mark in your fading spray where it's gone out.

And make the player take the throw from there.
