Yeah. This guy's a real earner. I cannot express the gratification I felt when these cars would get ticketed. The odd time I'd even be lucky enough to witness these idiots find the parking ticket on their windshield by licking my chops from my office. I noticed a heavy decline in the number of cars parking at the corner and blocking my driveway over time as well. Fast forward to now.

I've been in a new house since June where there is no longer a corner to call bylaw on for parking criminals. This may be where you think the story ends, but alas, there's more. I have a dog. I walked the guy after work every day and noticed cars parking in similar fashion at a corner in my neighborhood. It was like Batman moving to Chicago and seeing a new bat signal, call him to duty.

I told my girlfriend about this new corner and that I have the urge to call bylaw again whenever I see cars there. She basically told me to stop being such a hard-o, turn a blind eye, and let people park in peace. I did not follow her advice. I've been calling bylaw on any dog walk where I see

You know, we talked about this driveway.

You need to stop. And we're all on your side when you're thinking about it being your driveway and it happening incessantly. We would be wrong to tell you that you're the asshole here because none of us are dealing with your driveway situation, right? So I still don't love that you're on the side of parking. I'm not behind big parking. As anybody that's lost a lot of parking battles β

How many are actually my fault? Probably more than I'd like to admit. But the few that are, I mean, it's a lot like criticism versus praise. Like, I'm not going to remember the times where I deserve the ticket. I'm not going to remember the times where I deserve the boot. It's really, you deserve, like, they don't just put boots on cars and be like, hey, let's screw this guy over.
