So with a skim, the money comes back out to leftists in the United States and the weapons and the knowledge on the weapons, as Todd Bensman so rightly points out, go to some of the most dangerous organizations in the world.
Who have the most cash in the world, who's that?
Well, it's the Latin American cartels, both Mexico and Colombia.
And on the Colombian part, I've got some insight here because the Colombian cartels were basically eradicated until Petro took over, the Marxist anti-American tyrant who was just the president of Colombia.
Unfortunately, with his cooperation, the cartels are now rebuilt and very active and very sinister in Colombia.
