Edinburgh, I mean, yeah, but generally I would say Mathers West End may be my favourite because it's got the racing on.

Well, I mean, one of the essences is that you go to the bar, you hand over your money, you get your drink and take it away.
I think that's a huge factor.

What it looks like is vital, but to me, that transactional element is so significant in that it's what doesn't work for me about so many pubs elsewhere is that I just think the idea that you have a tab or you get a bill at the end, it's just not my experience.
