You can just tell is a pub doing what it's setting out to do and that can be a bar, it can be a bottle shop type affair or it can be a grand gin palace that's been there forever.
But most things that you feel like have been there forever haven't been there forever.
Because it makes use of anything.
The Brewery Tap in Chester is a great example.
It uses a very old space.
to create something that hasn't always been there as a pub.
Yeah, I think possibly.

The Chester one, I think, is possibly older because it's a Tudor building built around, there's like a wall, I think, from something from maybe the 1300s.
But, you know, as a pub, it's probably only been open for 15 years.
Maybe there's just an amnesty where you could reassign all the names because...
The Prince Andrew.
The Bear and Billet in Chester is a great name, I think, but not as good a pub as the Brewery Tap, so we swapped them.
Just had a general amnesty.
