Whilst playing at a wedding reception at the hotel, a keyboard player spotted what he said was an old woman, wearing clothes which didn't fit in at all with the current era.
He said he watched in complete disbelief as the woman walked straight through the French windows.
As with other witnesses, his description of the woman was chillingly similar to what had been seen on a number of other occasions.
As well as Duncan Poyser, hotel manager Sonia Banks also had a very eerie experience at Flitwick.
As with Duncan, she was alone at the hotel and had opted to stay overnight.
After locking up, Sonia went up to room eight for the night and began to get ready for bed.
As she was getting changed, the silence of Flitik was broken by the sound of very loud footsteps.
But these weren't coming from the corridor outside her room.
These were coming from the floor above.
Sonja continued to listen and heard the footsteps stop.
Then a door being slammed.
Whoever or whatever was making those noises, it was in the same location as the room which has been recently rediscovered.
The housekeeper's alleged room.
Sonja admitted that she was quite shocked by this incident, mainly because she knew she was the only person in the hotel that night.
It wasn't an easy or comfortable night's sleep, but the most frightening experience for a member of staff was still to come.
Receptionist Lydia Dawson took her turn to stay over at the hotel one night, and as with Duncan Poyser and Sonja Banks, she was the only person in the building.
Now, it's quite possible to think that after two people who are close work colleagues to you have had quite chilling experiences, and on top of that, the disturbing night which John Hinz had, that you'd be a little apprehensive about staying overnight, alone, in that hotel.
But maybe Lydia felt that surely nothing would happen to her.
Maybe she thought that there was a completely reasonable and logical explanation for all of the sightings,
After locking up the hotel and making sure everything was secure, Lydia made her way up to bed.
