They want to look just like us and pretend they pay what we pay when they don't at all.

Because our taxes and our tariffs explain so much.
Not just about how rich people dress, but about how we all dress and how we all live.
Back in the 1900s, when rich people used to wear tiaras and rent elephants for their parties at their huge mansions, it's not like it was the good old days.

And the economy was in such a bad recession that it introduced the term unemployment.
Like, people were living in tenements, barely scraping by in starving conditions.
There was extreme excess right next to utter destitution in the same city.
For the first 137 years of the United States, there wasn't really an income tax.
