In our discussions, when we brought up the fact that how because we talk about nonprofit models, these different models, when somebody said, what about a co-op?
People got really excited about that.
And when we started talking about a co-op, that's when we started to see a lot more people to show up.
You know, I was at a journalism conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania, about two months ago.
And there was a lot of talk at that conference about engaging with your audience.
How do you engage with your audience?
Honestly, if we haven't figured out that at this point, then we failed anyway.
But we thought, okay, well, we're not going to engage in our audience.
We're going to ask them to become stakeholders in this process.
And I think that is a game changer.
