We're hoping that there are, you know, I've been in journalism a long time, Max.
Most people that I was in journalism with, most of the people that I knew in journalism all over the country, none of them are in the business now.
They have had to get out.
Their newspapers have closed.
They did not make enough money to support their families for one reason or another.
They're out of the business.
That's got to stop.
What's the model for that?
Well, we think this is a model that can be replicated in other cities.
You know, one of the things we have a couple of goals here, at least
at least that's the way I see this.
One goal is to do just what Natalie said, provide news coverage that is ethical and that focuses on the needs and concerns of the working class people in our region.
But another goal is to say, this can be done and this is possible.
There are other
Cooperative news organizations that have done this.
This is our model.
