And, you know, you think that, you know, this government are spending a lot of time talking about employees and welfare changes, a lot of changes, you know, to Employment Rights Acts.
Well, this will affect employees
Job security, millions of people's job security are going to be affected by this.
And they just haven't considered the implications of not being fully considered.
And I'm really hoping that the eminent judges, the learned judges will understand this is wrong and ask the government to go back and let industry consult and decide.
This isn't about a change of the law.
This is a fact that the government are obliged to...

That's your case.
Yeah, you can't go to a judicial review because they've changed the law.
But you can go to a judicial review that the process of a correct process hasn't been followed.
And my worry is that what's going to happen, you're going to see family businesses being sold, people being made redundant.
There's going to be lots of press.
And once again, the government will go, oh, we've got it wrong.
Let's have a U-turn.
And I really think that's what's going to happen because in lots of ways the government talk about growth, growth, investment, and actually this is absolute opposite to growth.
Yeah, I'm hanging on.
I'm hanging on with the hope that we'll have a change of government or change of policy.
And then at least we're going to be in a position whereby you can write great.
Yeah, successive governments have not changed it.
