And I thought, you know what?

I reckon I could make a living.

And I got no grand desire.

All I wanted to do was stop working for the corporate.

You used to give me a rollicking because I was 10 minutes late because I'd been working at a nightclub until 3 o'clock in the morning and I wasn't...

on time at 9.30, and that kind of thing.

I didn't enjoy working for... And I then thought, yeah, these imported beers are doing quite well.

So I managed to borrow a bit of money off my mum and bought myself a little van, a little white van, and started to import small amounts of premium packaged beers.

In those days...

Yeah, I had Budweiser.

So Budweiser, nobody had heard of Budweiser.

And I was saying, oh, this is Budweiser.

It's from America.

Oh, that's cool.

And so you put a lime in a bottle, and it's really cool.

I used to say, actually, we don't sell beer.

We sell sex.

Right, well, that would get people's attention.

So what happened then?

Because you look a lot cooler, you know, to the opposite sex.
