But right now he can't afford not to use his best relievers, despite knowing that he probably can't afford to use them because they're gonna wear down.

And they start to change things about their approach, their swing, how they're thinking.

What they're trying to do to attack the opposition, what they think the opposition is doing to try to get them.

They they they go up and say, okay, I'm gonna be aggressive early in the count, then swinging a breaking ball down in the dirt and it's 0-1.

Then they're like, okay, I need to be patient.

He takes a fastball down the middle, he's 0-2.

Uh and so it's it's one that that um you know, I think physical parts, there were some, you know, he got hurt for a bit, and I think that was part of it as well, but he never got in a rhythm at

element of doubt crept in.

And I think that, you know, to really understand baseball players, their minds are so fragile.

Uh and you can go from being the most confident guy in the world to the least confident guy in the world in a matter of of a few months.
