I mean PCA is just some kind of athlete.
I saw him on a with Bobby Witt Junior, Jack Leiter, Volpe, Anthony Volpey on a an Team USA eighteen U trial team when they were in high school uh trying out down in Kerry, North Carolina.
And PCA, you know, heard the story about his mom was an actress.
She was in the movie, you know, I think it was it, uh, Little Big League or one of those movies.
Uh she was uh the mom in that.
And so, you know, I followed him over time and the consistency and adjustments he's been able to make this year that he couldn't get out of the funk last year in the second half of the season, it's pretty dramatic what he's doing.
Um and I think Otani uh listen, there's nothing about his throwing bullpen.
He wants to get back out there pitch, he wants the MVP.
It's gonna come down to a little bit of how much recency bias is there, how much voter fatigue is there around Otani and do they wanna find somebody else uh to win that award.
So, you know, if if PCA keeps going, his war numbers are off the charts 'cause he's such a great defensive player as well.
And that might ultimately be the difference in all of this if Otani doesn't get back to pitching more.
So
Uh it's gonna be a great race.

And I think probably the last month of the season is gonna be the deciding factor.
