And that's powerful.
And the truth and the lie in the public square have been engaged in a battle for 12 years time.
And we're in the middle hours of that fight.
And it's undecided.
And that's why we got to stand up and we got to talk honestly and clearly and directly about what's happening in the country.
John Kennedy talked about the high court of history, and the high court of history will judge MAGA and Donald Trump brutally.
He's the worst president in American history.
I don't have a doubt in my mind that 20 years from now, it will be very, very difficult to find anybody in the country
who cops to voting for Donald Trump, to being behind any of this madness.
We have set down a catastrophic path over 12 years.
And all I can say is that after the Dred Scott decision,
Frederick Douglass was very depressed, and he was shocked out of his depression by Sojourner Truth, who asked him this question, is God dead?
And for Douglass, it jolted him because he was a very faithful man, and he realized immediately that he was guilty of a type of idolatry.
That he had put his faith in a Supreme Court, an institution of men.
And when he gave a speech decrying this decision, he talked about that maybe there's a necessitous link, an unforeseen, unseen necessitous link in the chain of events that can't be properly understood in the moment.
but he said will lead to the downfall of the entire institution of slavery.
And that's what we gotta think about in this moment.
It's not so much how we got here, though it's important that we understand how it is that we got here, but how it is that we're gonna have a reawakening in the country and how it is that we're going to get out of this mess.
an era of reform and renewal and a renewed patriotism that follows this Trump disaster.
And so we see the power of the media.
