Things outside of our control.

Well, you just know that there are things like that absolutely happen.

And we've, I mean, we've seen that happen so many times, Steve.

I think this is like why you, there's a certain degree to which it, you know, it ends up being scar tissue that ends up being, I mean, you know, we don't count on anything until money is wired, basically.

Just because so much has gone wrong.

And there was just plenty that could go wrong, you know?

And it felt like we could miss this milestone for any number of reasons outside of our control.

And we wanted to be sure that if we did miss the milestone, especially with economic headwinds and everything else, if we missed the milestone, the company lives was our priority.

So that was the rationale for the Tron structure.

And I don't even know what you exactly call it.

I think this is an unusual structure.

And I think it was a good one.

It's like, oh, Oxide, can't do anything like a normal company.

It's like, everything's got to be weird with you.

Is there anything that's not weird with you people?

Um, it's like how we mentioned we did our own switch.
