So like they're giving back too because they're volunteering and they're helping out with drills and all that sort of stuff around the kids.

And it's just amazing to see, bro.

Because, again, it's just like that big ecosystem just about giving back.

So, yeah.

Yeah, I thought that was just like a, you know, that's just a natural Kiwi thing.

I think it started with the Yorblacks, I think.

So I think that's just been ingrained, especially for maybe my generation, maybe.

I don't know, for our generation.

So we just kept it through and it's worked out really well.

Honestly, it's filtered a lot of, just like a lot of noise.

Because again, you bring on the wrong people, like they kind of make distractions.

Again, the kids are the ones who miss out.

You know what I mean?

So obviously trying to, again, kids are number one.

They're number one priority, so...

again the no dickheads one is all about like okay are you willing to just give everyone everyone on board is sacrificing somewhat just just to like put these things on you know so that's the type of people we need and if people do feel compelled or moved that are listening to this to get involved do they just kind of check you guys out online how do they connect in yeah yeah just the pathways will be online you can find them online um yeah there's plenty of ways to reach out um but yeah if you want to get involved just reach out it's always online

Yeah, so that's been a part of the high performance.

Yeah, we fly one girls team, one boys team over to the States and they'll play in different tournaments over there.

And the reason being is just like we're trying to increase exposure for the American team.

uh scouts for colleges so they're usually very present in those tournaments so get the kids there they're in front of their eyes then it's basically in their hands whether they get a scholarship or not by how they perform and what you know so that's been that's been really really good really helpful for them because again it's just exposure as long as you get them on there they're on the radar of the scouts
