Like, are you, you know, when you're outside of the court, are you making sure the organization that you're representing, are you representing them well?
And I think he encompassed all of that.
And that's what I think he set the standard for every other Thunder player, especially when they did that.
That's just like they immortalized those values.
I think you could, um, I think you need the right player to come by, um, come around and then, because it's a culture shift, right?
And it's really hard to like, there's only so much you could do with like, Hey, do this or don't do that.
And humans don't really respond too well to that anyway.
But if there is a player who comes in and you can kind of feel how they are, and then they've already embodied that, I think you could probably use that momentum to really establish that culture.
And then that's just the standard.
And everyone picks up some piece of that person.
And then everyone from there is like, oh, they learn that, like, oh, yeah, they don't do this around here.
This is what they do, you know?
And I think that's, maybe that's how you do it.
But ask Sam.
I hope I'm saying it right.
But, like, there's a GM called Sam Presti, so he'll have a much better answer, obviously.
But I think that might be it.
Yeah, I didn't learn too much from the superstars per se.
