It actually freaking helped me out a lot too.
you can feel the difference especially if you're doing that so i did that carnivore strictly for like maybe a couple weeks or something like that but i was again i was just using it as a tool to just reset diet wise um but yeah in that two weeks it was just kind of weird energy was kind of low then i started eating liver and then it was like actually got a bit higher so it's kind of weird i think it must all be so dialed in with you i imagine is everything getting measured and so like the different things you're eating will have different results and that's all
Yeah, I'm pretty interested in that stuff naturally.
So I'll go out and do my own blood labs and stuff like that outside of the team just because I'm just interested in the numbers of it.
And then I try and optimize where I can.
Yeah, not too hard because then it's just, I don't know, in terms of just choosing to convenience.
But other than that, probably just try and do the best I can, yeah.
Like a lot of the leafy stuff, like cabbages in that, like, I don't know.
It just makes me super gassy.
I share this with a lot of other humans too.
But yeah, I was like super gassy.
And so like, yeah, I just, I was just trying to find stuff that like, if I ate it before a game or working out, does it sit appropriately?
You know what I mean?
And a lot of that food I had to scrap out because it was just bloated and you just feel crap, bro.
You're trying to train.
