then that coach is, I think, 99% going to be US-born.

So when you think of US-born coaches who are capable, Jesse Mars is way up at the top of that list.

So to prevent that, I understand why Canada Soccer have made this move.

Kevin Blue wants to secure his guy and he's here for four more years.

I have no problem with that, but I think questions will be asked as to why that deal was set up and signed before the World Cup when there's so much expectation and pressure on him and his team to perform when the group stage begins.
