And that's having a business.

And like I know, it's not sexy.

And working really hard is not sexy either.

But you get what you put in, you know what I mean?

You do.

You do the hard yards, you get the results.

And I know that's probably not what a lot of people want to hear.

And people go, 17 years?

I don't want to do that for 17 years.

But I got a lot of good things in that 17 years.

It wasn't like 17 years.

And then it's like, oh, finally, things have dropped into place.

I got things along the way.

And now a lot of my clients have come from Weight Watchers and I've got a number of clients all over Australia and New Zealand from that.

You know what I mean?

But yeah, that took a long time.

But it was just being kind, giving my time, helping my clients and helping people that I didn't know whether I was going to get anything from.

But I did, long term.

That's what took me apart.
