I was grabbing a coffee beforehand and I saw the look on his face and he walked in and I said, hey, look at this guy, got the weight of the world on his shoulders right now.
It wasn't the usual kind of Nate bouncing in that I might be used to, but hey, it's just three guys having a yarn.

I think it's probably an important story because your story, while it is unique to you, it's probably not unique to some people that are listening to this podcast as well.
And I touched on some of those C's that Stephen spoke about, like it is courageous to come and speak about that.
But it is showing your care as well that you are thinking about how that lands for the people around you.
But also that message might help people that are listening to this at the same time.
I think that's why the low-key legend part of what we do in the podcast is amazing because we are lucky enough to have
some household names in New Zealand, but we also do profile and spotlight everyday people that have incredible stories.
And in doing the research, I'm really looking forward to unpacking and seeing how you've got to where you are today.
I think it might be the second biggest town in the Cook Islands, Tokoro.
There's a massive Cook Island community down there.
