But I would comment on Jay Powell.

The one thing I would say is I have had the opportunity to work with him on the regulatory side prior to Randy Quarles getting into the nominee as the vice chair.

Jay did effectively play that role.

I think he has a great understanding of the regulatory side and the monetary side.

So I got asked this question on the Sunday show, so I'll repeat the same thing.

Yeah, but things have moved on since the Sunday show.

The Senate majority leader today said he should stand down.

I saw that.

So, I mean, what I would say, and first of all, there's a lot of things that the Secretary of Treasury gets involved in and is considered to be an expert on.

This is not one of them.

What I would say, and again, I don't know anything more than I've read in the papers,

The allegations are obviously concerning.

And if the allegations are true, he absolutely should stand down.

And there's a lot of stuff in the press.

I think it should be further investigated.

But if there's any truth to all of this, obviously it's extremely inappropriate behavior, whether it's a Republican or a Democrat or anyone else.
