I know you hate talking about this kind of stuff, exercise, longevity.
Probably stroke, things like that.
Well, we know that exercise reduces your risk of Alzheimer's disease, for example.
So there's probably other things in there as well.
Yeah, but Bob, you said this is an observational study, so there's no randomization or anything like that.
So you can't make causative conclusions here.
Exactly.
And so when you see observational studyβ All correlational.
So yeah, what you're getting at, George, this could just be that people who are healthier in other ways, who have other healthy lifestyles, also tend to exercise.
This could be all artifactual as far as I'm concerned.
Yep, absolutely.
Yeah, I think one good bottom line to walk away from is don't be intimidated by those numbers, so like how much you have to do.
Anything you do is good.
Do some cardio, do some resistance.
They have complementary benefits.
There's tons of cumulative evidence that they help longevity and quality of life and functionality.
So just, you know, we live in a very sedentary life, you know, society, unfortunately.
A lot of it's unavoidable, but do what you can to move as much as you can throughout the day.
All right.
Thank you, Bob.
