And Amazon sellers may or may not care about that.

But as business owners, you should because you can't count on partnerships.

And this is something that I've personally really invested in over time.

I really don't like creating partnerships externally.

I'm an architect, personality profile.

I'm gonna build everything in-house that I can.

And I have found that I'm gonna make more money.

It's easier for me to manage.

People will do what I say.

I'm the owner, I'm the CEO, they'll follow protocols, they'll deliver it the correct way.

Now, it's challenging because I have to build a base, I have to find the right people.

If I create a new division with a new service like direct to consumer DTC services, it's very difficult to get that online because it requires a subculture within a culture, makes it very difficult.

So there's trade-offs, right?

So this question of like, how do you run a company

It's a question of trade-offs.

It's a question of what culture do you want to run and what are you willing to pay to make that happen?

And that pay may not be salary.

It might be blood, sweat, and tears.

It might be time.

It might be a culture question.
