The senior people though require the closest adoption of your culture.

So take a guy like Noah Wickham.

He is a CEO in waiting at my company, right?

Like if I step down, this is the guy I'm gonna make CEO.

Now, this dude is young.

I think he's like 26, 27 years old.

I'm 38 for perspective.

And I think it's very important to point out that if you find talent worth investing in, spend a lot of time with them.

So I spend a lot of time with Noah and other members of my senior team.

This is the best way to retain them.

Spend most of your time with your best people.

What happens in most companies is the opposite.

Your problem employees, you're like, I gotta train them, I gotta give them another chance, I gotta write them a pip.

It takes a lot of mental energy to do that.

Don't, don't do that.

You need to spend most of your time with your best people, especially at the top.

You got to cut bad leaders so fast.

You got to cut them really quick.

It's challenging because it's scary, right?
