Dictating, you know, my top two leaders right now, I am transparently describing that I don't want my COO to ever be CEO and that I want this young guy to be CEO someday, maybe, right?

If I step down.

I've got a backup.

I know what I want to do.

I even tell my own company he's the next guy in charge if I, you know, if I disappear or whatever.

Because I want people to know what the plan is.

And that's what's going to keep Noah Wickham at my company.

Right.

That's what when somebody offers him two X salary, he's going to stay because I've invested in him.

I've I told him the plan from day one.

I honored my side of the pledge and he continues to get everything I told him he would get.

And his career will be super advanced because of that, because he chose to deliver.

And Noah is able to execute my vision better than anybody else.

Now, there are other people in the company that understand my vision as well as Noah or as well as I do, but only Noah can execute my vision at my level, or at least as close as a 27-year-old can execute my vision at my level with his level of career trajectory.

I put them in charge of my sales team.
