Biggest areas that people tend to get negative reviews from people purchasing their products
through design work, right, is because people don't know how to use the product.
They don't read directions.
At the end of the day, you have to assume that every single person who purchases your product is next to illiterate when it comes to taking open some directions and actually reading them.
And so...
Absolutely.
When you're putting together an infographic, if there is any installation, any setup, anything required to use your product effectively, always create an infographic for this.
So right here, you can see easy three-step installation, no tools required.
Now, a big aspect with all of this as well that I want to point out, and
I don't know if I saw any comments on it yet, but a big thing that I want to point out is you'll notice that all of this text, super easy to read, big text, very small amount of text that we are showing here alongside actual image use case, right?
The reason for this is that you have to assume that at least 60 to 70 percent of your buyers are going to be on their phone.
That is a very, very important thing to understand when you are actually doing any form of design work is that people are likely going to be on their phone.
Everything is going to be shrunk down.
We create all of these designs on a computer and myself personally.
I have two monitors right here.
These two monitors are, you know, I think 28-inch monitors or so.
They're huge, right?
This looks great to me because it's big and blown up at the end of the day.
But assume that every single person is not going to be buying on desktop.
They're buying on their phones.
