Since we're we were talking about resistance, the form of self sabotage, procrastination, distraction, that sort of thing.
And then that th which leads to the question, well, how do you overcome it?
And um
The way that worked for me was
was the concept of I that the I thought the reason that I'm being defeated by my own resistance, why I can't finish writing a book, why I'm failing, et cetera, et cetera.
Is that I'm thinking like an amateur.
And that if I could flip a switch in my head.
And start to think like a pro.
