new role and and enterprise lead and project manager and and we look at I look at things from that continuous improvement.

uh fines kaizan these different things okay they will bring some benefit but it is only when you look at from that strategic level how are we going to do this organizationally wide how are we not just gonna have pockets here and there but how are we going to roll it out how are we going to support it how are we going to you know continue to develop it train our people in it
