them let's see so first of all i take personal offense to you calling yourself old at 32 i don't know what that makes me but i feel like a uh the crypt keeper but you just start to like you do though when i was a kid playing soccer i could play for three four hours i didn't stretch and i was fine these days i i have a hundred percent injury rate if i don't stretch and if i don't warm up and if i don't really really think about it a hundred percent injury rate i'm like interesting i'm on my way downhill you know
