That flight to well-presented, proportioned homes is definitely something that's trending really well right now.

Well, there were 12 on the cards at the start of the month based on sold priors at the moment.

True to the letter, we're looking at running six of those 12.

We've had six sell prior.

Of the 12, a combination really of entry level, which I do think will be fought for quite hotly given the feedback that I'm getting from the agents.

We've got a couple whose reserves I think are

probably a little bit high, but we'll see whether or not the vendors, upon hearing the market feedback, will be willing to accept those prices that the agents have been receiving during the campaign.

And look, sometimes a vendor can go into a campaign, as can an agent and an auctioneer, hoping that we set the world on fire, but ultimately, we're there to deliver them the market.

So,

So we'll see whether or not those properties sell.

On Sunday, I have six on the cards.

Four of those are currently going ahead and the agents are expecting them to sell.

But as we've spoken about earlier, fewer bidder numbers.

So it'll be interesting to see how we end up.
