How do we make it more accessible?
Not enough kids get an opportunity to play the sport in this country.
We don't touch all of the different communities.
We don't have pathways to elevate the best players at the earliest ages in a fast way.
But look,
I see this in LA.
There's not enough places to play.
The coaches, we have really good coaches, but they need to be paid to make a living.
So somebody has to pay for that.
These kids in these clubs, my daughter's club, for an example, is a nonprofit club.
The club is not for profit, but yet the club dues are $3,000, $4,000 a year.
It's a lot of money.
When you think about, I'm part of an ownership group of a professional soccer club in Spain.
Kids dues are four or 500 euros for an entire season.
There's just more opportunities, more coaches, more fields.
It's a way of life.
It is a cultural way of life.
And we have so much competition and we've made this youth soccer.
And I'm not just talking about soccer, youth sports in general.
